Sorry just got the chance to write again.. been a busy busy day. uhm, busy with facebook especially :D but i'm trying hard to keep up with the posts here still :)
I'm in Uni mid semester break now.. (woooo hooo finally! after all the jealousy to my friends back in Indo since they just had their eid break for 2 weeks while i had none here :S). It's just gonna be a week though, but anyway i'm happy enough with that -- I NEED A BREAK!
Hmmm.. what have you missed? So far there has been plenty of tests yet.. Did I tell you all about that? certainly not :P I know i havent been here for ages, and one of the reasons is these tests.
Living far from home brings me to the conclusion that living alone is not easy. Ahh yeh maybe i was too spoilt as well, but it's not just about all that stuffs. the feeling of living far away from home is also different! But also, it motivates me to be better day by day. I am now applying for a part time jobs to many places like KFC, or McD, and etc. first goal.. gaining my own money - that's for sure :D but that won't be a surprising feeling when it comes to the payday though, i have experienced the feeling of recieving my first salary (and guess what i spent ALL of them just only in a few hours after - i bought my mom a large pan of pizza, bought 2 packs of sushi, and that's it :P). What i'm looking forward to is that I will be able to put less weight on my dad's shoulder as i'm going to be less dependent (in this case financially) to him.
OOHH BY THE WAY! this tuesday i'll be going to Byron Bay! woohoo! would be my first trip going out of brissy since the first day i arrived here! omg, i haven't even got the chance to visit The Preisenbergers (my former host family in EF homestay Program July 2009) in Gold coast, meanwhile it's only 1 hr 10 mins away!! so horrible in staying in touch :( I just came back from Indooroopilly today to buy some things... such as these things :
I'm sooooooo LOOKING FORWARD for the trip!! thanks to my dad for permitting me (and gimme some money to go hehehe :P) you're the best daddy in the worrld ;)
Ok i guess i'd better go now.. I'll share my Byron Bay experience once i come back!
